Why is my car A/C blowing hot air?

The most common cause is low refrigerant — which means a leak, because A/C is a sealed system. A failing compressor or a stuck blend door can do it too. Proper leak detection finds the real cause before any parts get replaced.

How much does car A/C repair cost?

A leak test with evacuation and recharge is a fraction of a compressor job. When a compressor is needed, we install new OE-quality units — never rebuilt mystery parts — typically around half of the dealership quote, with a 2-year warranty.

Why does my A/C need a recharge every season?

It should not. Refrigerant does not get used up — if it is low every year, the system is leaking, and paying for repeated top-offs costs more than fixing the leak once. We find it with proper dye and vacuum testing, then repair it.

How often should A/C be serviced in South Florida?

Here the system works year-round, so once a year is the honest answer: a performance check, cabin filter and a look at the condenser. Ten minutes of prevention in spring beats a dead compressor in August.
